| 摘 要： | 多波段偏振辐射计采用旋转偏振片、固定滤光片方法获取目标光辐射的多波段偏振信息,双集束结构将其波长测量范围从可见延伸至近红外、短波红外波段.介绍了偏振信息的测量原理,重点阐述了多波段偏振辐射计的控制采集系统设计方法,给出了系统偏振测量精度的验证过程.实验室检测结果表明:多通道偏振辐射计的线偏振度测量精度优于2%.

| Abstract: | Multi-channel Polarimeter can obtain the polarimetric parameters of objects by the method fixing filters and rotating polarizers.Bands range was expended form visible to near infrared in our system by using the double bunches barrel.The principle of polarization information acquiring was introduced and the realization methods of its control-acquiring system was described in detail.The procedure of proving its measure accuracy was given too.The results of detecting in Lab indicate the uncertainty is about 2% on measuring the degree of polarization. |
