摘    要:矿山充填工程中,常常会涉及料浆管道输送的技术问题,尤其对于长距离输送,料浆在管道中的流动极具复杂性.为降低管道磨损、延长管道使用寿命,采用数值模拟方法分析不同浓度料浆在长距离管道中的流动压强、流速及偏转特性.结果表明:2维双精度解算器Fluent2ddp的模拟结果与在生产中所观察到的现象较为吻合,此结果可为低倍线的降压增阻或高倍线的增压减阻提供合理依据.矿山可在此基础上采取必要措施以延长管道服务年限、降低充填成本及减少系统故障概率,从而实现低成本和高效充填之目的.

Abstract:In mine filling projects,slurry pipeline transportation is a common technology problem.The flow of slurry in pipeline is complicated especially for the long distance transportation.In order to reduce pipeline attrition and prolong the service life of pipeline,numerical simulation approach was used to analyze the properties of slurry with different concentration in long distance pipeline,such as flow pressure,flow rate and deflection characteristic.Research results showed that,the simulative results calculated by 2D-double-precision solver Fluent2ddp were very similar to the phenomena observed in the production.This result could be used as a rational reference for depressurization and increasing resistance in the low-power line,as well as pressurization and decreasing resistance in the high-power line.Furthermore,based on this research,some necessary measures could be taken by the mine enterprise to prolong the service life of pipeline,lower the filling cost and reduce failure probability of filling system.Therefore,the goal of low cost and efficient filling in production could be achieved by using this approach.
