| Abstract: | This paper first presents the algorithm of random selecting the radial basis function center, and then studies self-organizing learning algorithm of selecting the radial basis function center, finally presents the nearest neighbor-clustering algorithm. The deep analyzing and the detailed comparison are made by simulation results for dynamic system identification. |
