摘    要:微生物全细胞传感器是最近兴起的一种以完整微生物活细胞为载体的主要用来检测环境污染物的传感器,目前已成功地应用于水体富营养化的监测.本文中仅就用于指示淡水湖泊富营养化程度的微生物传感器的构建机理、方法、取得的进展和存在的问题进行综述和展望.

Abstract:Microbial whole-cell sensor is a new analytical approach mainly used to detect environmental pollution,and its carrier is a live and intact microbial cell.The technique has been successfully applied to determine the extent of eutrophication in water.In this paper,we only studied the whole-cell biosensors specially used for indicating the extent of eutrophication in freshwater lakes,and reviewed the principle of construction,method and facing problems,at last we prospected the foreground of the application.
