摘    要:在西洋参须根粉浸泡液中添加适量酵母菌等,恒温发酵。边发酵,边浸提。结果表明:此方法与目前普遍采用的化学方法一样,能提取出西洋参须根中的有效成份皂甙,且发酵液含有16种氨基酸。

Abstract:In this study we added adequate amount of yeasts to P. Qurnquefolius L. Fibrous root powder infusion, which was fermented at a constant temperature. Extraction was operated while fermenting. Our results showed that the method,like the chemical method being generally used at present, could take out the active principle panaqulon and the fermentation liquid contained 17 amino acids.
