| 摘 要： | 恶性肿瘤是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病,几十年来人类一直在不断的研究和开发新的药物以有效的抑制恶性肿瘤的生长。在研究过程中,以何种方法有效的筛选出具有抗肿瘤作用的药物就显得尤为重要。本文详细介绍了抗肿瘤药物筛选的历史、现状及方法,为抗肿瘤药物筛选的深入研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Malignant tumor is a kind of disease which has serious harm to the healthy of people, in last several years, people devote themselves to develop and investigate a new kind of drug in order to restrain the growth of malignant tumor without any pause. During the course of investigation, the especially important factor is which method could has effect on screening the drug for restrain the growth of malignant tumor. This text gives elaborate recommendations to the history﹑present situation﹑method and so on, and provides references for the screening of the drug which has the function of antineoplastic. |
