降解甲胺磷细菌的分离及某些特性的研究

摘    要:从合肥农药厂污染严重的土壤及污泥中分离出一株甲胺磷农药的降解菌Pm-6,经鉴定为不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)。其性能稳定,在4℃下保存30天降解能力变化不大,需充分供氧,生长的最适pH为6.0,最适温度为45℃。该菌还可降解甲基对硫磷和三唑磷等有机磷农药

Abstract:A strain P m-6 of methamidophos-degrading bacterium was isolated from the soil of pesticides-containing in a pesticide factory. The strain was identified as Acinetobacter sp. This bacterium was stable when stored for 30 days at 4℃ with little change in capability. The optimal conditions for growth was also dertermined. The methamidophos degradation rates were 34-71%. In addition to degrade methamidophos, the bacterium could degrade other organophosphorus pesticides as well, such as Methylparathion, Triadimefen and so on.
