预测氯化卤代物的致畸性──水螅再生试验

摘    要:用三氯甲烷(氯仿)、二氯甲烷、氯乙酸和三氯乙酸,通过对水螅的毒性试验和对水螅再生体的生长抑制性试验,研究了应用水螅再生试验检测有机卤代物致畸作用的可行性。试验结果表明,三氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、氯乙酸除了对水螅产生毒性作用外,还对水螅再生体产生一定的致畸性,而三氯乙酸的试验结果表明对水螅再生生长没有显示出致畸性。初步表明用水螅再生试验在筛选和检测氯化卤代物致畸作用方面有一定的研究和应用价值。

Abstract:Practicability of method for hydras regeneration assay and prediction of terato genesis of organic matters were studied through both the assays of toxicity of adult hydras and inhibiting the growth of regeneration hydras using chloroaceticacid, trichloromethylene, dichlormethane and trichloroaceticacid. The results showed that both of trichloromethylene dichloromethane and chloroaceticacid not only are toxic to adulthydras but also have tertogenic effects. the test results of trichloroaceticacid were identical with that of deficient agentgroup and it didn't show any teratogenicity. This experimental result indicates that the test has certain studied and applied value in screening, detection and predicting teratogenicity of organic matters. 〖WT5HZ]
