摘    要:用薄板层析分离GL_7_ACA酰化酶反应的产物和底物,然后用薄层扫描仪进行扫描定量,经过与GL_7_ACA和7_ACA标准品的薄层扫描相比较,得出酶反应液中的7_ACA浓度,从而计算出GL_7_ACA酰化酶的活力

Abstract:The products and substrates of GL_7_ACA acylase were separated by Thin_Layer chromatography and were quantitativly determinated by Thin_Layer scanning. Compared with the Thin_Layer scanning of the standard 7_ACA and GL_7_ACA,the concentration of 7_ACA in the reaction mixture and the GL_7_ACA acylase's activity were calculated.
