城市化发展对城市洪灾的影响及减灾对策

在世界城市化背景下,我国城市已经进入快速发展时期,与此同时,城市化进程中的负效应也突显出来,城市洪涝灾害的频度和强度增加,灾害损失加重,城市防洪已成为城市发展过程中倍受关注的问题,本文中从城市化发展对成灾特性、对周围生态环境以及城市本身的发展等几个方面分析了对城市洪涝灾害的影响,并提出城市防洪减灾的对策与建议.

Influence of urbanization development on urban flood disasters and mitigation countermeasure

Under the world urbanization background,cities in china already entered a fast development time.At the same time,negative effect also appeared in the urbanization process.While the frequency and the intensity of city flood disasters increased,the lost of disasters aggravated,the city flood control had become a much more attention matter in the urbanization process. The influences of city flood disasters from the characteristic of disasters and ecological environment and the development of cities itself in urbanization development were analyzed;the countermeasures and suggestions of flood-control and disasters mitigation were also proposed in this article.
