| 摘 要： | 运用综合因子分析法建立了城市设施水平综合评价模型,并对9个样本地区的城市设施水平进行了综合评价,较客观的反映出了各样本地区的城市设施水平的高低程度,从而为城市设施建设的发展规划和决策提供了理论依据.另外,此模型为城市管理部门进行其它方面的定量综合评价工作提供了一种有效的、普遍适用的评价方法.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the comprehensive evaluation for the installation level of city.It applies the comprehensive factor analysis method to establish comprehensive evaluation model for the installation level of city,by this model the installation level of cities in 9 sample region are evaluated comprehensively,the resultreflects the objective level for every city.Thus it offers a theoretical foundation for the development plan and decision making policy for city installation construction.In addition,this model offers an effective and generally suitable evaluation method for other comprehensive evaluation work. |
