赤峰市旅游产业集群的集聚度和经济效应研究

20世纪90年代,由美国著名战略管理学家哈佛大学的波特(Michae1E.Poter)教授针对国家经济发展提出了新的概念——产业集群理论。一个产业集群在地域上的相对集中就形成了产业集聚区,集聚区内的企业具有紧密交织的网络,互相间通过合作与交流,发挥规模经济的效益,能够产生强大的溢出效应,带动某一地区的各种产业乃至整个国家经济的发展。一个产业集群在地域上的相对集中就形成了产业集聚区,集聚区内的企业具有紧密交织的网络,互相间通过合作与交流,发挥规模经济的效益,能够产生强大的溢出效应,带动某一地区的各种产业乃至整个国家经济的发展。国内外一些学者通过对区域旅游产业集群的研究,发现产业集群对于提升当地旅游产业的竞争力、促进区域经济发展,有着重要的作用。在此背景下,以赤峰市为考察对象,测算其旅游产业集群的集聚度,并分析旅游产业集群带来的经济效应,以期达到推进旅游产业集群的研究、为政策制定者提供对策建议的目的。

On agglomeration degree and economic effects of tourism industry clusters in Chifeng city

In the 1990s, industrial cluster was stated by MichaelPoter, American famous strategy management scientist of Harvard University. An industrial cluster＇s relative regional centralism forms an industrial gathering, which has a closing enterprises＇ network. It can display economic scale benefit and has formidable overflow effect to promote various local industrials and even the entire state economy development by mutual cooperation and exchange. By studying the regional tourism industry clusters, some scholars at home and abroad find that industry cluster has an important role on upgrading the competitiveness of local tourism industry, and promoting regional economic development. This article sets Chifeng City as an inspection object, calculates agglomeration degree of its tourism industry clusters and analyses the economic effects brought by the tourism industry clusters,hoping to promote the tourism industry cluster study and put forward some suggestions for policy makers.
