网络工程专业课程体系建设实践与探索

作为教育部首批增设专业,网络工程专业发展迅速,但其人才培养方案的制定和课程体系结构的设置不够规范和完善。针对目前网络工程专业人才培养方案和课程体系设置不规范的现象,分析其主要原因,本着由人才市场需求决定人才培养方案的原则,制定出"人才需求调查→确定人才培养类型→人才能力结构→基于能力结构的知识点体系→课程体系"的课程体系设计主线,沿着这环环相扣的主线,确定课程体系结构。论述人才培养方案的定位及其依据,阐述在人才培养方案制定过程中确定课程体系的思路、步骤与方法,并结合枣庄学院的课程体系结构制定过程,给出具体的实践案例。实践证明,这种做法有相当高的科学性、合理性、针对性与实用性。

Exploration and practice on curriculum architecture of network engineering specialty

As the first batch of additional specialty of the Ministry of education,network engineering specialty is developing rapidly,but neither the ability structure nor curriculum architecture is perfect.At first,the main reason is analysed,then the frame of "social demand on professional cultivation type→ability structure→knowledge structure→curriculum Architecture" is build.On the basis of the frame,curriculum architecture are determined.The ability structure is put up,and how to set up curriculum architecture is elaborated.The specific case is given by the curriculum Architecture of Zaozhuang University.Practice has proved that these steps and methods have a reference value.
