| 摘 要： | 为探讨地域生态环境和气候等因素对胚胎发育的影响,对千山区和岫岩区东北小鲵胚胎发育进行了观察.结果表明:两地东北小鲵胚胎发育的总时程、各胚期发育的时间和胚体的生长速度都存在明显差异.岫岩东北小鲵胚胎发育的总时程比千山东北小鲵为短;岫岩东北小鲵胚体生长速度也小于千山东北小鲵.这可能与两地的地域生态环境和气候等因素有关.

| Abstract: | In order to probe into effects of zoology environment and weather on fetation of Hynobius Leechii Boulenger, we have observed fetation of Hynobius Leechii Boulenger in Xiuyan and Qianshan area. The results indicate that there are evident difference on aiaway times of fetation, times of fetation periods and growth rapidity of embryo of Hynobius Leechii Boulenger in Xiuyan and Qianshan. The aiaway times of fetation of Hynobius Leechii Boulenger in Xiuyan is shorter than that in Qianshan; The growth rapidity of embryo of Hynobius Leechii Boulenger in Xiuyan is less than that in Qianshan. This is related to zoology environment and weather of Xiuyan and Qianshan. |
