| 摘 要： | 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)的方法对产自大连沿海瓣鳃纲(Lamellibranchia)真瓣鳃目(Eulamellibranchia)竹蛏科(Solenidae)中四种蛏进行了肌浆蛋白的比较，通过相似性系数的分析，探讨了该方法在分类学中的应用及前景．

| Abstract: | The studies compared myogen of 4 species of razor clams (Lamellibranchia: Solenidae) by techniques of polyacry lamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The results indicated that myoge electrophorisis pictures reflected almost the same relationship as morphological systematic. The more close in morphological characteristic the more similar in pattern of electrophorisis picture, the value of similarity coefficiency is bigger too. |
