摘    要:目前素质教育引入课堂的实验研究 ,已在各个领域发展起来了 .合作教育理论认为以师生和生生的相互合作为基础 ,创造民主教学气氛 (在人际互动和合作中学习 ) ,教学中建立了学生的主体地位 ,使教育过程渗透了素质教育的思想 .本文通过体育课中运用“合作式”兼顾学生的个体性和集体性这一特征全面发展学生的综合素质 ,把个别化与人际互动有机地融合在一起 .充分体现了素质教育思想 ,并对提高整体教学质量有一定的意义 .

Abstract:So far quality oriented education was introduced to classes as expermental research.which had developed in every aspect.Cooperative teaching thought,based on the joint work of teacher student,and student studnet,aim at creation of democratic teaching atmosphere and procedure of mutual work and study.Set up the main postition of students,and make the thought of quality oriented education run through the whole educational process.This article adopts"cooperation"to combine individuality and collective spirit of students in sport classes to develop their comprehensive ability in all fields and also connects individuality with inter communication intrinsically,completely embody the thoughts of quality oriented eduation,and help to improve the integral teaching.
