| 摘 要： | 试验采用红色顶生花有斑百合为试材 ,取其叶片进行组织培养 .在MS +2 4 -D 1 0mg/L+6BA 0 5mg/L +蔗糖 30 g +琼脂粉 7g的培养基上进行培养 ,形成愈伤组织及鳞茎丛 .在MS +2 4 -D1 0mg/L +蔗糖 30 g +琼脂粉 7g的培养基上进行培养 ,仅形成了愈伤组织 .在MS +6BA 1 0mg/L +IAA 0 5mg/L +蔗糖 30g +琼脂粉 7g上进行培养 ,不经过愈伤组织 ,直接在外植体上形成了鳞茎丛 ,经过诱导生根 ,长成了幼苗 ,幼苗长至 5cm左右 ,栽到蛭石与沙土的混合基质中培养进一步长成了植株

| Abstract: | With the stems and leaves of Lilium as material,this test induces recovery tissues and a patch of bulb on the culture mediums of MS+2 4-D?1 0?mg/L+6BA 0 5?mg/L+sucrose 30?mg/L+agar 7?g/L,induces recovery tissues only on the culture mediums of MS+2 4-D?1 0?mg/L+sucrose 30?mg/L+agar 7?g/L,and induces a patch of bulb on the culture mediums of MS+6?BA 1 0?mg/L+IAA 0 5?mg/L+sucrose 30?mg/L+agar7?g/L.Then the bulbs grow up to seedlings.Move them to sandy soil when the seedling grow up to 5?cm,they grow up continuously. |
