| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展，传统的互联网协议版本，即IPv4，Internet已经难以支持进一步扩张和新业务特性，人们开始加紧研究IPv6．通过介绍IPv6在IPv4基础上所做的改进和新增加的功能，说明了IPv6协议为下一代互联网的应用提供了更好的支持．并阐述了IPv6协议的研究开发现状以及IPv4向IPv6过渡的3种策略．

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Internet techonology,traditional Internet protocol edition,i.e.IPv4,could not support further extension and new operation characteristics.New edition of Internet protocol,named IPv6,is being researched and standardized.This article shows IPv6 protocol can offer better sustainment for the next generation Internet by introducing improved capability on the basis of the IPv4 and newly-added function.In addition,this article expounds the actual state of the IPv6 development,and three transitional strategies from IPv4 to IPv6. |
