基于AHP和模糊理论的ERP供应商评价模型研究

随着市场竞争环境的日益激烈，企业为了提升自身的管理水平和综合竞争力，越来越多的企业把目光投向企业信息化来重塑自己的核心竞争力。ERP作为典型的信息化集成解决方案，近年来在企业受到不断的关注，企业也投入巨资来实施ERP系统。但纵观整个ERP的实施效果，真正成功的案例很少，究其原因，其中一个很重要的原因就是实施前对软件供应商缺乏科学的评价体系，最终导致整个ERP实施项目的失败。在这样的背景下，根据层次分析方法（AHP）以及模糊综合评价方法的相关原理，构建了企业在ERP系统选型中对供应商的评价指标体系和多级模糊综合评价模型，将定性分析与定量分析的方法有效地结合起来，为企业在ERP软件供应商的选择上提供强有力的决策支持，确保企业的正确决策，从而保障ERP系统的成功实施。

ERP vendor evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy theory

With the increasing market competition environment, and for enhancing the company＇s management level and competitiveness, more and more ones invest in enterprise information technology to reshape their core competitiveness. ERP is a typical information integrated solution, and is paid constant attention by the enterprises in recent years, when the enterprises have also invested heavily to implement an ERP system. However, judging from the effects of ERP implementation, very few cases is real success. Very important reason is that it lacks of scientific evaluation system for software vendors before implementation, and ultimately leads to the failure of the entire ERP implementation project. In this context, and according to the relevant principles of the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructs the ERP system selection evaluation index system of suppliers and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and effectively combines with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods in order to provide a powerful decision support, and make sure the correct decision--making on the choice of ERP software providers to ensure the successful implementation of ERP systems.
