企业营销员隐性知识分享行为的结构与测量研究

隐性知识的分享是组织实现竞争优势的关键，为了更好地研究隐性知识的分享，研究以企业营销员作为研究对象，对其隐性知识分享行为——隐性知识分享的核心变量进行了深入探讨。通过对10名企业营销员进行BEI访谈、资料编码，经专家讨论，编制了企业营销员隐性知识分享行为问卷。对171份有效问卷的探索性因素分析表明：企业营销员隐性知识分享行为是3因素结构——言语启发、经验介绍，以身示范；对221份有效问卷进行验证性因素分析，进一步证明问卷结构的合理性；对信度、效度等测量学指标进行检验，结果表明企业营销员隐性知识分享行为问卷具有良好的信度和效度。

Structure and measurement on tacit knowledge-sharing behaviors of sales forces

Tacit knowledge sharing is the key to achieve competitive advantage. In order to better study the tacit knowledge sharing, this study takes sales forces as subiects to luther explore the tacit knowledge-sharing behavior which is the core variable of tacit knowledge sharing. The sales forces＇ tacit knowledge-sharing behavior questionnaire （SFFKSBQ） is made on the basis of behavior event interview （BEI） to10 sales forces. Through exploratory factor analysis（EFA） of 171 valid questionnaires, it shows that tacit knowledge sharing behavior of sales forces is made up of three actors-verbal inspiration, experience introduction and physical demonstration. Through confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） of 221 valid questionnaires and comfirming the reliability and validity of quetionnaire, it shows that the structure of SFTKSBQ is reasonable and the SFTKSBQ has good reliability and validity.
