| 摘 要： | 找出检测过程中的不确定性影响,建立相应的数学模型,对实验室设备检测结果的准确性与可靠性进行评价.并使用检测结果评价设备的精度,给出检测结果的分布类型,在评价测量结果方面做了有益的探索.

| Abstract: | The uncertain effect in the surveying was determined and the relevent mathematical model was developed.The veracity and reliability of testing results of experimental equipment are appraised.We can eveluate precision of experimental equipment with the testing results,and show distributing types.The beneficial explore has been done in the aspect of eveluating testing results. |
