摘    要:设计开发了一套集单机版考试、网络版考试以及考试中心管理相结合的智能化电子政务考试系统.系统中的单机版采用了先进的随机模糊数技术,以试题库作为数据源,实现了实时自动试卷生成;网络版系统采用了B/S体系结构和数据中间件技术,实现了网络环境下的大规模实时出题、阅卷等内容;通过模糊神经网络技术,实现了网络和单机环境下的考试试卷的实时、智能和自动机器阅卷.

Abstract:Large-scale training and examinations of civil servants has the characteristics of broad examinations, numerous examinees, different geographical locations and complicated examination environments. Concerning these characteristics, we develop an intelligent e-government examination system that contains an unconnected PC version and a network version for examinations as well as a management module for examination centers. The unconnected PC version applies advanced random fuzzy technologies and can automatically generate exam papers in real-time by using the question database as data source; the network version employs B/S architecture and data middleware techniques to accomplish the tasks of large-scale exam paper generating and grading in real-time under network environments. By using fuzzy neural network technologies, real-time, intelligent and automatic machine gradation of exam papers can be achieved under both network and unconnected PC environments.
