钢纤维混凝土抗裂性能测试

摘    要:在混凝土材料中添加乱向分布的短纤维,能够改变其材料的力学性能,增强混凝土结构的变形能力.采用单轴拉伸、三点弯曲和楔入劈拉三种实验模型分别进行纤维混凝土及素混凝土材料的抗裂性能试验,对比分析两种材料的试验结果,发现在混凝土中掺入一定量的钢纤维,对混凝土结构最大承载能力的提高作用有限,却能够非常明显地增加其材料的断裂韧性和断裂能,加入钢纤维后混凝土材料的变形能力也会大大提高.

Abstract:The material mechanics properties of concrete can be improved by adding randomly orientated short fibers into the matrix, and its deformation capacity can be also increased. Three types of specimens are used, including uniaxial tension block, three-point bending beam with notch and wedge splitting test specimen, to measure the fracture properties of both fiber reinforced concrete and plain concrete. The analysis and comparison based on the test results show that the fracture energy and fracture toughness are increased obviously for fiber reinforced concrete. And the increasing of maximal capacity of load carrying is weak comparing to the associate plain concrete.
