| 摘 要： | 介绍了铸造技术的现状，提出利用快速成型技术和非占位涂料技术可提高砂型铸造的精密度，实现精确成形，并结合砂型铸造用制动鼓模样的制造实践，对这一技术的关键点进行了分析，与普通砂型铸造相比，指出了该技术的优势．
