蚕蛹氨基酸原液热原去除方法的研究

摘    要:热原是能导致人和动物体温异常升高的致热物质.在蚕蛹水解液中分别加入活性炭和硅藻土进行热原吸附,并做鲎试验检测,发现活性炭吸附液热原含量符合规定,并且没有干扰作用,而硅藻土吸附液出现干扰作用.

Abstract:Pyrogen can cause human and animal an extraordinary high fever. Using active carbon and diatomite to absorb the pyrogen in the solution of degreased silkworm pupa, the results show that active carbon can eliminate the pyrogen to demand. The results also show that the solution absorbed by active carbon has no interference, while the solution absorbed by diatomite has the interference.
