油酸系阴离子型缓蚀剂性能的研究

摘    要:在实验室合成含有磷酸酯基的油酸系阴离子型缓蚀剂,用失重法研究了其在标准溶液中的缓蚀作用,发现具有优良的缓蚀性能。其水溶液喷涂在金属表面,干后形成一层保护薄膜,防潮防锈,并能抑制已锈蚀金属继续生锈。

Abstract:The oleic series phosphate negatively charged type corrosion inhibitor has been composed in laboratory, its slowing-down corrosion inhibitor in hydrochloric acid medium researched by weightless method and good fine corrosion inhibition property found. When metal surfaces of metal sprayed with the water solution of corrosion inhibitor and dried,- * a layer of protective membrane formed on the surfaces could prevent moistening and rusting to restrain the rusted metal from rusting further.
