异步永磁耦合器轴偏心传动特性

摘    要:耦合器在其使用安装中都不可避免的存在轴对中误差,因此产生的附加载荷会对邻近零部件如轴承、密封等使用寿命造成不良影响,使机械系统产生振动.为了研究异步永磁耦合器的轴偏心传动特点,通过模拟其磁转矩的产生,证明了耦合器输出转矩是一力偶系作用的结果;阐释了该耦合器在轴对中存在偏差时无附加载荷的传动机理.该耦合器特别适合于大惯量、高转速机械设备的连接.

Abstract:The shaft alignment error in the installation of the coupler produced additional load, which would cause adverse effects on the service life of adjacent parts such as bearings, seal etc. , and result in the mechanical system vibration. In order to study the driving characteristic on ec-centric shaft of permanent magnet synchronous coupler, the generation of the magnetic torque was simulated. The simulation results proved that the coupler output torque was a consequence of coupling system interaction and explained the transmission mechanism of the coupler when the shaft alignment exists error without additional load. The coupler is suitable for the connection of machinery and equipment with large inertia at high speed.
