| 摘 要： | 本文以猪脾细胞浆为原料,采用制备电泳方法纯化了RO抗原。纯化的样品在PAGE上呈现单条区带,通过凝胶过渡测定分子量约为80KD,在SDS-PAGE上主要表现为60KD多肽带,Western blotting证明此60KD即为RO抗原的活性多肽。

| Abstract: | This report described the purification of Ro antigen from pig spleen cytoplasm by preparative clectrophoresis. The purified Ro antigen showed only one strong band on PAGE and a major 60KD on SDS-PAGE, while its molecular weight was 80KD accrd-ing to gel filtration. Western blotting proved that the 60KD polypeptide was Ro antigenic polypeptide |
