pH值对电致发光粉表面包覆SiO_2膜的影响

摘    要:采用Na_2SiO_3水解法,在ZnS:Cu电致发光粉表面包覆SiO_2膜层,并主要分析了包SiO_2膜时,pH值对包覆膜致密性的影响。发现电致发光粉在pH=9.5的Na_2SiO_3溶液中预分散条件下,陈化至8.5,易于形成均匀致密的SiO_2膜层。因此,电致发光粉的老化性能得到一定程度的改善,延缓了它的老化。

Abstract:Electroluminescent phosphor ZnS: Cu is coated with SiO2 film using the method of Na2SiO3 hydrolysis and the influence of the value of pH on the compactness of the coating is mainly analyzed. It is discovered that the homogeneous and compact coating tends to be formed when the solution is stalled at pH equaling 8. 5 under the condition of predispersion in the Na2SiO3 solution at pH equaling 9.5. Thereby, the aging nature is improved to a certain extent and the process of its decay is delayed.
