| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一例罕见的人类６号和１８号染色体易位的病例。经细胞遗传学检查证明患者的核型为４６，ＸＸｔ（６；１８）（ｐ２５；ｑ２１．３）。此患者临床表型正常，但先后生过两个严重唇裂、腭裂的婴儿，且生出后不久均死亡。本文对衍生的易位染色体来源、婴儿死亡的原因及生育正常后代的可能性等问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | A rare case of human chromosomal shift of No.6 and No.18 was reported.Cytogenetic examination demonstrated the patient's karyotype is 46,XX t(6;18)(p25,q21.3).The patient's clinical phenotype is normal. She had two heavy lip-slit and maxilla-slit babies died shortly after birth.In this paper, analyses were made on the origin of produced chromosomal shift,the reasons for the died babies,and the possibility of the birth of normal babies. |
