基于MATLAB的导轨直线度数据处理以及界面设计

摘    要:为了减少导轨直线度测量数据处理的繁琐性和提高数据处理的准确度和效率,本文利用了MATLAB数据处理和图形处理能力,将直线度测量数据按照两端点连线法、最小二乘法和最小包容区域法进行程序设计并数据处理,将结果用图像形式显示.通过比较,论证了直线度评定的最佳方法是-最小区域法.

Abstract:In order to reduce the trivial operation about straightness measurement data of guide rail and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement data processing,this article makes use of the processing data and graphics processing power of MATLAB on the straightness error evaluation of three methods:two end points of connection method,least squares and minimum zone method,gives out the data calculating programming and manipulation interface.Three methods were compared to find the best method for evaluating straightness error was minimum area method.
