杜仲叶脂肪酸的GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用方法对杜仲叶中的脂肪酸(以甲脂形式)进行分析,鉴定出10种脂肪酸,其质量分数为99.32%,其中不饱和脂肪酸十六碳三烯酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸的质量分数分别为0.75%、1.59%和45.85%。

Abstract:Fatty acid compounds in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were analysed by combined capllary GC-MS and 10 different fatty acid compounds have been identified according to their mass spectra.The identified part occupied(99.02%) of the total.The contents of these fatty acids are:nutmeg acid(0.30%),palmitic(10.70%),stearic acid(1.72%),hexadecatrienoic acid(0.75%),linoleic acid(1.59%), linolenic acid(45.85%), arachidic acid(5.01%),behenic acid(16.36%),tricosanoic acid(9.95%),tetracosanoic acid(7.10%).
