| 摘 要： | 本文利用程序升温毛细管气相色谱及气相色谱－质谱联用仪对作为药用的蒲公英及高山蒲公英的挥发成分进行分析与比较，分别分离出６３和６８种组分，鉴定出３７种和４３种，均占总挥发成分的９４％以上。两种挥发油的多数成分相异，但其主成分相同，均以２－甲基－４－戊烯醛，２－己烯醛，环己酮和５－甲基己烯为主。并讨论了盐析对萃取的影响。

| Abstract: | Two kinds of volatile oils in Taraxacum monglicum Hand-Mazz and Taraxacum platyecidum Diels were analysed by means of programmed temperature cappillary GC and GC-MS. Both of them are medicinal herbs. Thirty seven and forty three compounds were identified respectively, they made up more than 94% of the total composition. Most compounds in the two oils are different, but they have the same main composition-4-pentenal-2-methyl, 2-hexenal-cyclohexanone and 1-hexene-5-methyl. Saltingout effect on extraction was discussed. |
