| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法对安宫牛黄胶囊中的麝香酮含量进行了分离测定,在0.002～4.0 g/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 4.样品中麝香酮含量为0.096%～0.100%,平均回收率为95.1%～100.6%.方法可用于制剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | A gas chromatographic method with FID detector for the determination of muscone in Angongniuhuang capsule was established. The concentration range of muscone was 0.002～4.0 g/L with the related coefficients of 0.999 4.The contents of muscane in samples were ranged from 0.096% to 0.100%,the average recovery was in the range of 95.1%～100.6%. This method could be used for the quality control of Angongniuhuang capsule. |
