液相色谱流动系统的流体动力学研究

摘    要:以流体机械能守恒定律为依据,建立了流动相在液相色谱系统中的流体动力学模型P=k1+k2 qu,并以典型的液相色谱系统证明了其正确性,即流动相的体积流量和其在色谱流动系统中产生的压强降为线性关系,而流动相的粘度对压强的影响表现在系数k2上的不同,粘度增加,k2值增大.此研究为高效液相色谱分析中色谱柱、流动相及其体积流量的优化选择及辅助系统的设置提供了理论依据和指导.

Abstract:According to the law of conservation of mechanical energy, a hydrodynamics model of the mobile phase in HPLC system is established as P=k_1+k_2q_v.In the Shimadizu HPLC system,the model has been testified that the volume flow rate of the mobile phase has a linear effect on the lose of mechanical energy,while the effect of viscosity to k_2 is less remarkable than that of volume flow rate.The model would give a theory introduction in the selection of optimizing operation condition such as mobile phase,volume flow rate,chromatographic column and accessory system.
