摘    要:针形负高压静电场使离休蟾蜍心脏受到抑制性影响;使正常蟾蜍的心率减慢然而心搏力却增强了。为了证明是否因神经系统受静电场的影响造成以上的差异,本实验通过手术切除法对神经系统作了不同程度的破坏,结果表明:神经系统与在静电场中正常蟾蜍心搏力的增强无关,但它的存在降低了静电场对心脏的抑制性影响。因此我们认为,神经系统、特别是中枢神经系统的存在,在高压静电场对蟾蜍心脏活动的影响中仅起着通常的维持机体稳态的调节作用。


Function of the Nervus System Served in Effecting of High Voltage Electrostatic Field on Behavior of Toad Heart
Abstract:High voltage electrostatic field generated by a negative electrode of needle shape made the isolated toad heart to ,be inhi-bitoryly effected, the heart rate of the normal toa.d to be decayed, but the intensity of heart beat enhanced. In the experiment the nervus system of the toad was destroyed by resection to a different edteut to see whether the difference was caused by effecting of the electrstatic field. The data showed that the intensity enhancement of heart beat had nothing to do with ner-vns system. However, the existance of the system depressed the inhibitory effect of the electrostatic field on the heart. We therefore argued that the nervus system, particularly the central nervus system, had the effect of stabilization and regulation on toad heart exposured to high voltage electrostatic field.
