| 摘 要： | 为了探讨蚯蚓冻干粉对高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用,取体重为18~22 g的昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组,空白对照组饲喂基础饲料,高脂饲料组饲喂高脂饲料,其余3组在饲喂高脂饲料的同时分别按0.4,0.2,0.1 g/kg体重灌胃蚯蚓冻干粉悬液,8周后禁食12 h,尾部取血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).结果表明,饲喂不同剂量蚯蚓冻干粉可明显降低高血脂症小鼠TC(P<0.05)和TG,LDL-C(P<0.05),并使HDL-C(P<0.05)显著上升.

| Abstract: | To investigate the modulating effects of earthworm lyophilized powder on the level of serum lipids in experimental mice,the mice of 18~22 g were randomly divided into five groups,the mice in normal group were fed with standard feeds,the mice in hyperlipidemic group were fed with high-level lipid feeds,and the other three experimemtal groups were fed with high-level lipid feeds while being fed with earthworm lyophilized powder at dosages of 0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg,0.1 g/kg respectively.After 8 weeks,the contents of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in serum were measured.The results indicated that different dosages of earthworm lyophilized powder decreased the level of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and increased the level of serum HDL-C markedly. |
