摘    要:为了满足木制产品的防火及装饰要求,以水性氨基树脂为基材,改性酸式磷酸酯为固化剂,制得了一种双组分室温自干的水性膨胀型防火清漆.红外光谱表明酸式磷酸酯的磷羟基与氨基树脂分子结构中的羟甲基或胺基反应生成的磷酸酯或磷酸胺盐起到固化作用.酸式磷酸酯中引入季戊四醇克服了磷酸三酯和酸式磷酸二酯存在引起的迁移问题,引入环氧树脂使固化剂的交联度增大,酸值降低;引入1,4-丁二醇缩水甘油醚增强了分子的柔性,固化后漆膜内部形成了紧密的网状结构,漆膜对水的接触角可达到82.97°,耐水性达到了国家标准.引入各组分均可优化漆膜的阻燃性能.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the fire retardcmcy and decoration of wooden proclucts,an two-pack intumescent fire retardant varnish that was water borne and could be cured at ambient temperature was obtained by curing water borne melamine urea formaldehyde resin with the modified phosphate resin acid.The IR testified that the phosphate resin acid reacted with the hydroxymethyl and amidogen of the melamine urea formaldehyde resin and the products were phosphate resin and ammonium phosphate salt.The migration problem originated from the existence of phosphate diester acid and phosphate triester was overcome by introducing pentaerythrite into phosphate resin acid.The introducing of epoxy resin E-51 improved cross linking degree and decreased the acid value.The introducing of 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether improved painted film’s flexibility,and a compact net-like structure was formed in the painted film after the finish of the curing reaction,the contact angle reached to 82.97°,and the water resistance accorded with the national Standard.All the components could improve the flame retradant of the painted film.
