风电叶片玻璃钢复合材料声发射衰减与源定位

摘    要:为实现风电叶片结构健康监测中典型声发射源的特征分析和精确定位,以风电叶片玻璃纤维增强单向复合材料和多层复合材料为研究对象,采用Φ0.5mm铅芯为模拟声发射源,探讨声发射波在复合材料中的传播、衰减特性和定位精度.实验研究结果表明:单向复合材料纵向和横向的声发射传播与衰减特性明显不同,纵向声速大、衰减小;风电叶片现场检测中声发射源的精确定位,应综合考虑复合材料的结构和声学特性.

Abstract:In order to achieve typical acoustic emission source characterization and precise location in structural health monitoring of wind turbine blades,using Φ 0.5 mm lead pencil as artificial acoustic emission source,acoustic emission wave propagation,attenuation characteristics and positioning accuracy of unidirectional and multi-layer composites for wind turbine blades have been carried out respectively.The results show that longitudinal propagation and attenuation characteristics of acoustic emission in unidirectional composites are different to transverse direction.High speed and low attenuation of acoustic emission wave are obtained in longitudinal direction.To achieve precise location of acoustic emission source in wind turbine blade testing site,structural and acoustic characteristics of the composites should be considered generally.
