摘    要:基于废活性炭纤维(activated carbon fiber,ACF)会对环境造成二次污染的问题,对介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)臭氧发生器产生的臭氧(O3)处理负载对硝基苯酚(p-nitrophenol,PNP)的ACF进行了研究.考察了PNP负载量、废ACF湿基水的质量分数、O3质量浓度和处理时间对PNP降解率和臭氧利用效率的影响.结果表明,在PNP负载量为220.0 mg/g,废ACF湿基水的质量分数为15%,O3质量浓度为7.4 mg/L,处理时间60 min的实验条件下,PNP降解率高达88.8%.旨在探索一种经济高效的废ACF处理方法,以期为废ACF处理技术提供新思路和新方法.

Abstract:The spent activated carbon fibers(ACF) would cause the secondary pollution.Ozonation of ACF loaded with p-nitrophenol(PNP) was studied,and ozone was generated by dielectric barrier discharge(DBD).The influences of PNP loading,moisture content of spent ACF,ozone mass concentration and treatment time on PNP removal efficiencies and ozone utilization efficiencies were discussed.The results showed that PNP removal efficiency reached 88.8% under the optimized conditions of PNP loading of 220.0 mg/g,moisture mass fraction of 15%,ozone mass concentration of 7.4 mg/L and treatment time of 60 min.It is expected to explore a novel and quick method to treat spent ACF.
