光谱选择性隔热功能涂料的研究

摘    要:测试并分析了反射物质的种类、高温改性处理、粒径、质量分数以及隔热填料等因素对涂料性能的影响,研制出3组分防热涂料.数据表明:该涂料的全反射比为0.88,全发射比为0.92,模拟实验证实温度可降低6~8℃,在建筑、石油化工等领域具有广泛的实用前景.

Abstract:The effect of the type reflective material, high-temperature modification, size and mass fraction as well as insulation filler on the properties of paint was tested and analyzed. Anti-heat paint with three kinds of component was developed. The data showed that the total refection ratio and the total emission of this material are 0.88 and 0.92,respectively. Simulated experiment verified that the temperature reduced by 6-8 degrees. It has a wide range of practical prospects in the fields of architecture and petrochemical industry.
