ZnO·xCaO·yP_2O_5三元化合物的合成表征及性能研究

摘    要:本文以ZnO,CaO和H3PO4为原料,利用水热法合成出一种新型三元化合物-ZnO·xCaO.yP2O5。其中,x=0.2~0.6,y=0.3~0.8(mo1)。XRD物相分析证明产品主要为无定形态。SEM形貌分析产品外观为针状纺锤形,长轴约为1μm,短轴约为0.2μm。IR光谱分析产品中的磷酸根离子局部对称性为正四面体结构。性能测试表明该产品在油漆、涂料行业中可用作防锈颜料,以代替传统的锌黄等有毒颜料,其特点是无毒、成本低、防锈性能超过国标1倍。

Abstract:ZnO·xCaO·yP2O5 was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of zinc oxide and calcium oxide with phosphoric acid for I  ̄ 2h. Chemical analysis showed that the product has a mole ratio of ZnO: CaO :PzO5 = l :(0.2 ̄ 0.6) : (0.3 ̄ 0.8). XRD and IR spectra studies showed that the product consists mainly of non-crystal and PO is built up tetrahedrally. Industrial applications showed that non-crystalline ZnO· xCaO·yP2O5 is a very good anti-corrosion pigment.
