黄瓜组织培养与蛋白含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化

摘    要:通过对黄瓜子叶组织培养,研究了黄瓜子叶外植体龄对愈伤组织诱导的影响及体内可溶性蛋白含量,CAT,POD,SOD几个生理指标的变化及其与愈伤组织诱导的关系.结果表明:接种在MS2(MS+6_BA(1mg/L)+AgNO3(2mg/L))培养的3~5d子叶外植体的愈伤组织诱导能力最强.子叶的抗氧化酶活性及蛋白含量与诱导愈伤组织能力之间存在明显相关性,CAT和SOD与愈伤组织诱导呈负相关,POD和蛋白含量与愈伤组织诱导呈正相关.

Abstract:some research about tissue culture of cucumber on the relation of explant age and callus inducement has been investigated. Changes in protein content and activity of SOD, CAT, POD were analyzed. The result shows that , The cotyledons cultured for 3~5 d on MS_2:MS+ 6-BA(1 mg/L)+AgNO_3(2 mg/L)were optimum for callus induction. There is a obvious relativity between activity of cotyledon antioxidases and capability of callus inducement: a negative correlation for activity of CAT or SOD with capability of callus inducement, while a positive correlation between POD or protein content and capability of callus inducement.
