摘    要:为了有效保护和利用野生胭脂花资源,以胭脂花(Primula maximowiczii)叶片、叶柄作为外植体进行组织培养及植株再生研究,建立了胭脂花的离体无性繁殖体系.结果表明,叶柄不定芽诱导率较高.经实验筛选出最适不定芽诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0mg/L+TDZ 2.0mg/L,最佳不定芽增殖培养基为MS+2,4-D 4.0mg/L+6-BA 2.0mg/L,幼苗移栽成活率可达60%以上.

Abstract:A propagation system of Primula maximowiczii in vitro was established by using leaf explants and petiole explants.The results showed that petiole explants has a higher adventitious shoot induction rate.The optimal medium for inducing adventitious shoots from petiole explants was MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+TDZ 2.0 mg/L and the best medium for subculture was MS+2,4-D 4.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L.The survival rate for regenerated plants was about 60%.
