The Selectivity in Reactions of Organoselenium Compounds and their Application in Organic Synthesis

Organoselenium compounds,as multi一reactivity-reagents in organic syn-thesis,have the advantages of heigh yield,mild conditions and excellen t regio-andstero-selectivity in their reactions,which have been widely used to synthesize various com-pounds,especially natural ones.In this paer,the preparation methods of someorganoselenium reagents, and the regio-and stero-selectivitv in selenozation(C-Se boundformation) and seleno-elimination have been briefly reviewed。
