关于产生细胞分裂素的紫云英根瘤菌突变株发酵条件的探索

摘    要:紫云英根瘤菌Rhizobium sp(Atragalus)突变株在修改后的化学合成培养基和液态常规培养基上都能正常生长,而且分泌细胞分裂素的量都是在菌体生长的稳定期为最大。但以化学合成培养基为更适宜。菌体在其上生长,产生的细胞分裂素更多。培养基的碳源以10g/l甘露醇为宜。氮源以0.5g/l NH_4NO_3和0.75g/l尿素为宜。

Abstract:Mutant 96 was able to growth on altered Chemical synthetic or Liguid common Culture normaly. Period of highest amount producing Cytokinin by mutant 96 was in proto-stable phase. Chemical Synthetic culture was suitable to mutant 96 because it has produced more cytokinin on this Culture. It was suitable that we took 10g/1 mannitol as Carbon Source and 0.5g /1NH4NO3 or 0.75g /1 urea as nitrogen source.
