大气压下微流注空间演化与尺度特征

摘    要:针对大气压下介质阻挡放电的丝状放电模式,建立了针-板放电装置.利用CCD(charge-coupled device,电荷耦合元件),光谱相机对在不同激励电压下的放电形貌进行了采集和分析.总结了微放电模式下微流注的空间演化过程,对完全击穿时的放电形貌进行了分析,给出了描述微流注空间尺度的3个参量,并利用放电形貌图对这3个参量进行了估算,讨论3个参量随激励电压的变化规律.

Abstract:Micro-discharge at atmospheric pressure has been observed by using pin-plane electrodes in dielectric barrier discharge device.Discharge morphology in different applied voltage has been acquired and analyzed by CCD camera.The spatial evolution of micro-discharge was shown in this paper.After analyzing the discharge morphology,three parameters were proposed to depict the characteristic scale of micro-discharge.The parameters were estimated using the discharge morphology,and then the variation with the applied voltage was discussed.
