摘    要:用高温固相法在还原气氛中制备了SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料,测得了其晶体结构、激发光谱和发射光谱.在所知的最佳激发条件下,给材料以一定的辐照剂量后,测得了不同基质浓度、不同稀土掺杂浓度时的热释光谱,并计算了相应的陷阱能级深度.结合不同样品的余辉衰减曲线和热释光曲线进行分析,发现Dy+掺入量的变化对材料的余辉性能影响很大,而作为基质的铝离子,其浓度在一定范围内的变化对材料的余辉性能影响不大.这与Matsuzawa等人所提出的该材料的余辉机理模型相符.

Abstract:The Long afterglow photo-luminescent material SrAl_2O_4: Eu~(2+), Dy~(3+) was prepared by sintering in reducing atmosphere at high temperature. The crystal structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction using Cu K_α radiation at 40 kV, and the excitation and emission spectra were measured respectively by RF-540 Ultraviolet Fluorescence Spectrometer made in Japan and SPEX1404 Double Grating Spectrometer produced in American. Thermoluminescnce glow curves for different samples were obtained by home-made data-collecting system arranged by auto-controlled low-temperature furnace, and decay curves of afterglow were measured with ST-900PM brightness meter. The depths of traps level were acquired by the method of Chen. Experiment results showed that as hosts changes of aluminum ion content had slight effect on its depths of traps level and characteristic of afterglow, but dysprosium ion as activator had greatly effect on them. All of that corroborated the luminescence model brought forward by Matsuzawa et al.
