| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一例人类１号和１３号染色体易位的病例，经细胞遗传学检查证明，患者的核型为４６，ＸＹｔ（１；１３）（ｐ２２：ｑ１２），此患者临床表型正常，但其爱人先后多次早期流产。此病例经鉴定为国际首报病例。本文对衍生的易位染色体来源、患者染色体核型与表型的关系及生育正常后代的可能性等问题作了分析。

| Abstract: | A case of human chromosomal shift of No. 1 and No. 13 was reported. Cytogenetic examination showed the patients karyotype is 46,XY t(1;13)(p22;q12),hisdinical phenotype is normal.But his wife experienced scveral natural abortions during theearly period of progestation. It is a rare case first reported in the world through referenceretrieving.In this paper,analyses were made on the origin of the produced chromosomalshift,the relation between chromosomal karyotype and phenotype,and the posibility ofnormal progeny. |
