摘    要:为了研究新型水溶性壳聚糖纳米抑菌材料,采用油酸作为酰化试剂,氯乙酸为羧甲基试剂,对壳聚糖(CS)进行修饰,制备出了水溶性羧甲基油酰壳聚糖(OCMCS),进而用乳化溶剂挥发法制备OCMCS纳米粒,并将其用于大肠埃希氏茵(Escherichia coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)抑茵活...

Abstract:In order to research the new water-soluble chitosan(CS) antibacterial nano materials,CS was modified by oleic acid as acylation reagents and chloroacetic acid as carboxymethyl reagents,then,the water-soluble oleoyl-carboxymethyl chitosan(OCMCS) were successfully prepared.OCMCS nanoparticles were prepared using an emulsification solvent evaporation method.Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were investigated for the antibacterial activity of OCMCS nanoparticles.When the concentration was higher than 5...
